i finally found a nice nozzel for my buttercream!!! =D
was doing this batch of cupcakes and wanted to try out the new star nozzel i bought not long ago from Phoon Huat. i never thought of venturing into nozzels coz i already gotten a set. but the thing is those nozzels are kindda small and dont really look nice. anyway thats my working table you see up there. yea i do use those fruit paste for flavorings and tinting of the cream. but trust me. they do taste decent man!
i've made some strawberry ones...
some lemon ones...
and some on ganaches too!!! man i just LOVE my new nozzel!!! i swear that from now on i am going to use that nozzel to pipe out all my buttercreams and cookies. heh i sound so damn biased hor? XD
anyway i also gotten some sugar sequins and those color metal bits. i think they are kindda yummy though they dont look edible. its basically just some color coated sugar la.
so all decorated and up and off they go be sent to some blessed mouths! =D
